This note is made by the analysis of the CEO's & CDO's submitted reports : Housy was a very excellent case of how fast UX can really increase the overall scope of the product, while really retaining users. Reduction of barrers to segreagate paying customers, in the long term, really improved the retention and paying scope or potentials. And many other improvements on SL Scores and TOT improvements was done after great trunk concentration.
