This note is made by the analysis of the CEO's & CDO's submitted reports : Overall, the UX had a good enough scope due the complexity in multi-lingual colours, unpreferable, in all forms. So, improving the colour dimensions that would deal better with our Smooth Layers Analysis and SL Scores were boosted. This was eventually directly proportional to the CV and CSAT on the longer terms, after that re structuring themes and generating complicated to understand technically (this means, for us, complicated but for the users, this happens automatically), emotional conduct of being comfortable when donating, all of these helped
